The paper towel tip is such a great idea. Makes dealing with garlic peel clean up so much easier!
Glad you found it helpful! I use that every time I am cutting anything. It really helps if you slide the towel slightly under the edge of the cutting board so you can easily just swipe stuff off the cutting board on to the paper towel. Garlic and onion skins are the best for this. Really keeps the mess down. If you have composting as part of your garbage service, paper towels can go in that, too.
